Mr. Vivek Tapadia
Mr. Vivek is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in financial advisory, strategic consulting, and fund governance. At Fiducrest, he leads overall investment strategy, fund structuring, and investor relations under the IFSCA framework. He also serves as a Partner at V K CORP & CO LLP and holds director positions across advisory firms, where he has spearheaded high-impact M&A deals, finance transformations, and compliance-led growth initiatives. A CPA (Australia) and ICAI member, Mr. Vivek brings deep expertise in audit, financial controls, and strategic planning—anchoring Fiducrest’s long-term vision with disciplined execution.
Mr. Praharshith Ganji
Mr. Praharshith is a seasoned investment professional with cross-disciplinary expertise in strategy, finance, and data science. A Master’s graduate from Purdue University, with executive credentials from IIM Lucknow and Harvard Business School, he brings a strong foundation in analytics-driven decision-making. At Fiducrest, he leads investment strategy and oversees end-to-end fund operations, from fundraising and deal sourcing to exits and compliance. With prior leadership roles at Ctrls, C4C, and UPL Ltd., he bridges technology and capital, delivering value through innovation, execution, and governance.
Mr. Abhishek Ravi
Mr. Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant and investment professional with deep expertise in AIF structuring, fund governance, and regulatory advisory. A graduate in International Business from Brunel University, London, he has played a pivotal role in launching and managing Category II AIFs with a focus on agriculture and allied sectors. At Fiducrest, he leads investment strategy, deal evaluation, and investor engagement under the IFSCA framework. He also serves as a Partner at Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP and holds equity positions in Abhay Capital and Benzai10 AIF, where he has contributed to fund formation, compliance, and strategic planning. His cross-functional experience spans due diligence, tax structuring, and high-value investment oversight—making him a key force in navigating complex financial ecosystems.
Mrs. Nidhi Bhandari
Ms. Nidhi is a seasoned marketing and business strategist with over a decade of experience across investment management, brand development, and stakeholder engagement. With an MBA in Marketing and a diverse background spanning luxury retail and technology services, she has led high-impact campaigns and market expansion initiatives. At Fiducrest, she drives fundraising, investor relations, and strategic investment oversight—bringing a unique blend of brand insight and business acumen to the firm’s growth and investor engagement strategies.
